Altitude Construction
The Look of Iron, None of the Rust
Aluminum gives you the clean lines of wrought iron in a fence that won't rust, won't need repainting, and won't block the view you paid for. It secures the property and stays out of the way.
Rust-proof, upkeep-free
Iron rusts and chips. Aluminum doesn't, and the powder coating holds its color through summer sun and freezing rain alike. Rinse it with a hose when it looks dusty. That's the entire maintenance list — no painting, no staining, no annual once-over.
Covered for as long as you own it
The fence carries a lifetime limited warranty on materials and workmanship, and our labor carries a one-year warranty. Stay in the house and the coverage stays with it.
Styles that don't date
Ornamental panels with decorative finials on one end of the range, flat modern profiles on the other, and a set of heights in between. Black, bronze, and white are the usual picks. We'll help you match it to the architecture rather than work against it.
Installed in a few days
Most properties take two to five days, depending on size and layout. Posts get placed and leveled by hand, panels and gate hardware go on after, and you'll know what's happening on each day the crew is there.
Iron's look at a fraction of the cost
You get the same finished look as wrought iron for far less money, and at a fraction of the weight, which keeps installation simpler. The open pickets also leave sightlines intact — the reason it's a common pick around pools and properties with a view worth keeping.
Veteran-owned and family-run
Altitude Construction is veteran-owned and family-operated. You deal with the people whose name is on the truck, from the first estimate to the last panel.
Our process
Our Aluminum Fence Installation Process
Four steps from the first visit to the finished fence, custom design work included, with the same crew on your property the whole way through.
-
Step 01
Initial Consultation and On-Site Estimate
We meet you at the property, talk through the design you have in mind, and measure the site ourselves. What comes back is a detailed estimate with nothing buried in it.
-
Step 02
Customized Planning and Material Preparation
Once you approve the estimate, the material gets prepared and we build the install plan around your property. We agree on a date that suits you and have everything staged before the crew shows up.
-
Step 03
Precision Installation by Expert Crew
Our foreman runs the crew through the install himself. Post spacing, line and level get the time they need, because those are the things you'll notice every day for the next twenty years.
-
Step 04
Final Quality Check and Client Satisfaction
We run our own inspection first, then walk the finished fence with you. Anything you want a second look at gets one, and nothing is called done until it's right by you.
Common questions
FAQs About Aluminum Fence Installation
The questions that come up most often before an aluminum job starts.
How Long Does an Aluminum Fence Take to Install?
Two to five days for most jobs. Where yours lands in that range comes down to the size of the run and whether you've gone with a custom design.
Is Aluminum Fencing Durable?
It is. Aluminum doesn't rust or corrode the way iron and steel do, so the fence keeps both its strength and its finish for years without you having to do anything about it.
Do You Offer a Warranty on Aluminum Fences?
We do — 25 years on the material and a year on our labor, so the fence and the installation are both covered.
Can I Customize the Design of My Fence?
Yes. We build to custom designs, so the fence matches what you actually want rather than whatever happens to be standard.
How Do I Get Started?
Two ways: fill in the form on this page, or call us at (201) 921-6186. Either one gets your free estimate on the calendar.
What Payment Options Do You Accept?
Cash, check, Zelle and credit cards. We also offer payment plans if spreading it out makes the project easier to take on.

A little bit about us
Sixty years in business, and we still handle the whole job ourselves — design, installation and the upkeep that keeps it looking right years later. Our crew has worked properties all over the area, and we treat every yard the way we'd treat one on our own street.
We build with durable, low-waste materials wherever we can, and we'd rather take an extra day than hand back work we aren't proud of. We're glad to be part of this community, and we'd like to earn a spot on your property.
